Your Role

As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and architecture of enterprise Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to define technical strategies and deliver best-in-class Salesforce implementations.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, design documents, and implementation best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Define and oversee integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware technologies.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to security, governance, and data management standards.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration challenges.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party applications and tools to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support successful project delivery.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, sharing rules, and governance.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data migration strategies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps tools within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, Informatica, or other integration platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, automated deployments, and release management.
• Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and large-scale digital transformation programs.
