About the Role:
We are seeking anexceptionally qualified Salesforce Architectto join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is ahybrid position, ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on expert passionate about creating scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and domain experience in Finance, Banking, or Life Sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple business units.
- Translate complex business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions using best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other architects to deliver robust Salesforce implementations.
- Design integration strategies with external systems (ERP, legacy systems, etc.) using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.
- Oversee the technical health of the Salesforce org, including performance optimization, code reviews, and best practices enforcement.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and industry trends to guide long-term platform strategy.
- Mentor and guide developers and administrators in adhering to architecture standards and scalable practices.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and data governance policiesparticularly in regulated industries such as finance and life sciences.
Required Qualifications:
- 1012 yearsof total experience in IT, with aminimum of 8+ years in Salesforce architecture and development.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and LWC.
- Strong background in data modelling, data migration, and integration strategies.
- Prior experience working in regulated environments (e.g., BFSI, Pharma/Life Sciences) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such asCertified Application ArchitectorSystem Architect(or both) are highly desirable.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile delivery teams.
- Exposure to global rollouts and multi-org strategy.
