Salesforce Architect

We are actively seeking a highly experienced and visionary Salesforce Architect to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role requires a professional who has worked as an Architect and possesses extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development, designing, and solutioning. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in translating business requirements into scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring the architectural integrity of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Provide leadership in defining the overall Salesforce architecture, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and technical best practices.
• Solution Design & Development: Utilize hands-on experience in Salesforce development, designing, and solutioning to create innovative and effective Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Technical Guidance: Guide development teams on complex technical issues, architectural patterns, and coding best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Requirement Translation: Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• System Integration: Oversee and design integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Performance & Scalability: Ensure that Salesforce solutions are designed for optimal performance, scalability, and security.

Skills

• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Architect.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in designing and solutioning complex Salesforce implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect) are highly preferred.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
