Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications to ensure their functionality, reliability, performance, and user-friendliness.
  • Develop and execute detailed test cases and scenarios for various Salesforce modules and custom functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to identify, document, and resolve bugs and defects efficiently.
  • Perform different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), within the Salesforce environment.
  • Verify that Salesforce applications meet all defined business and user requirements, and adhere to quality standards.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, defect status, and overall application quality.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in testing Salesforce applications.
  • Ability to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with developers to identify and resolve bugs.
