Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Application Developer with strong hands-on experience

in Salesforce platform development and working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and

Agentforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing,

and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions. The role will involve leveraging AI-driven

capabilities, unified customer data, and Salesforce platform technologies to improve

business processes and deliver innovative customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components
  
  

(LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce declarative tools.

• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them
  
  

into effective Salesforce solutions.

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications/systems using
  
  

REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.

• Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to support unified customer data, data integration, and
  
  

customer insights.

• Gain and apply working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven capabilities
  
  

to enhance business processes and user experiences.

• Leverage Salesforce's AI and data capabilities to build intelligent and scalable business
  
  

solutions.

• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
  
  

activities.

• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and
  
  

deployment processes.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and other
  
  

cross-functional teams.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce
  
  

solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
• Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge or exposure to Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce

• Understanding of Salesforce security, data models, workflows, and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
