Position- Salesforce App Developer/Admin
Job Description:
The candidate would act as an admin for the Sales Force implemented in our organisation.
Manage user and license settings, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups in Sales Force.
Create, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards based on end-user needs.
Provide support to sales force users through ticket management, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
Implement Salesforce configuration changes, such as flow automation, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports,
Perform data migration tasks using tools like Data Loader and Workbench for large data sets.
Configure objects, fields, relationships, workflows, schema, and security models based on design specifications.
Conduct system administration tasks, including testing, configuration, data loading, and data cleaning.
Qualification- BTech/BCA/Graduate in IT
Experience- 2-6 years
Renumeration range- 6 LPA-10 LPA
Designation- SE/AM/Contract
Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E)
