As a Salesforce AI Consultant , you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for leveraging AI to enhance their Salesforce implementations. You will work with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and business analysts to deliver customized AI solutions that address our clients unique challenges and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging AI within their Salesforce implementations.
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein and other AI technologies.
- Develop custom AI models and algorithms to solve specific business problems.
- Configure and integrate AI-powered features such as predictive lead scoring, recommendation engines, and sentiment analysis into Salesforce applications.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing Salesforce workflows and processes.
- Provide guidance and best practices to clients on how to maximize the value of AI within their Salesforce implementations.
- Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and trends, and incorporate them into our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our AI offerings.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use and maintain AI-powered features within Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Administrator with a focus on AI.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its AI capabilities, particularly Salesforce Einstein.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven solutions within Salesforce.
- Proficiency in AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Experience working with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
