Salesforce AI Agentic Developer

We are looking for a Salesforce AI Agentic Developer with 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce development, AI/GenAI, and agentic solutions. The ideal candidate will build AI-powered capabilities for customer service, automation, knowledge management, and intelligent case handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop case, query, and customer-level AI summarization solutions.
• Build ChatGPT-like knowledge assistants for Salesforce service agents using GenAI and RAG.
• Develop AI capabilities for auto-drafting email and social media responses.
• Design and implement AI-powered chatbots, RAG solutions, and agentic workflows.
• Develop APIs to retrieve and expose Salesforce data based on date, status, and other business parameters.
• Build a dedicated SFDC issue-management and ticket-routing solution with end-to-end tracking through closure.
• Integrate QuickBooks (QB) with Salesforce and support data synchronization.
• Implement Sentiment Analysis, Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA), and Sarcasm Detection capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning, APIs, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents/Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience building chatbots, knowledge assistants, summarization, and AI-driven automation.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce data integration.
• Experience with NLP, Sentiment Analysis, ABSA, or related AI/ML capabilities.
• Good understanding of SQL/data handling, Git, and Agile development.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
