Agile Delivery Lead

Experience building Apps for the AppExchange

Strong Apex development skills

UI Development Lightning Component Framework LEX Visualforce CSS HTML JavaScript

Web Service Frameworks RESTful

Strong knowledge of testing frameworksmethodologies Unit Testing Lightning Test Service

Execute critical initiatives and keep them on track

Ensure that the company is delivering quality products and services

Provide support to employees ensuring that they stay consistent on the deliverables

Make lowlevel decisions enabling higherlevel leaders to focus on broader matters

Communicate with all stakeholders supporting transparency and a free flow of information

Report problems to higherlevel leaders and get resources and support to resolve them

Help to deploy new initiatives and procedures

Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies Leading daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives

Working with the Product Owner Managing the product backlog prioritizing user stories and aligning project goals with business needs

Removing Impediments Identifying and eliminating obstacles that hinder the teams progress

Coaching and Mentoring Guiding team members on Agile methodologies Salesforce best practices and continuous improvement

Collaboration Ensuring effective communication and collaboration between development teams product owners stakeholders and other Scrum Masters

Tracking Progress Monitoring team velocity cycle time and other metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

Staying Updated Keeping abreast of Salesforce releases new features and industry trends

Ensuring adherence to Salesforce project delivery standards

Leadership and Facilitation Ability to lead and guide teams create a positive and collaborative environment

Communication and Collaboration Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and foster team cohesion

ProblemSolving Ability to identify and solve problems effectively removing impediments and ensuring smooth project delivery

Technical Proficiency Knowledge of Salesforce platform and Agile methodologies

Continuous Improvement A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements in processes and practices
