Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data & AI Analyst with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Salesforce Agentforce, and custom AI tools for building intelligent agents across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, AI-driven automation, enterprise workflows, and building AI-powered assistants or agents that improve business operations, user productivity, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and support AI agents and intelligent automation solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and other custom AI agent development tools.

* Build AI-powered use cases across Salesforce, NetSuite, and related enterprise applications.

* Analyze business processes, identify AI automation opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.

* Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data to support AI agent training, grounding, orchestration, and response quality.

* Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, workflows, and business data sources.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to define agent behavior, decision logic, and success metrics.

* Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical views to measure AI agent effectiveness, business outcomes, and process improvements.

* Support prompt design, testing, fine-tuning, guardrails, and continuous improvement of AI assistants and agentic workflows.

* Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and governance standards are followed in AI and analytics implementations.

* Participate in solution design, POCs, pilot programs, and production deployment of AI-driven business solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 5–8 years of experience in Data Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence, or enterprise application analytics.

* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI agent development in the Salesforce ecosystem.

* Experience building or supporting custom AI tools / frameworks for intelligent agents and business automation.

* Good understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including orchestration, reasoning workflows, tool usage, memory, and human-in-the-loop processes.

* Experience working with Salesforce and NetSuite data, workflows, or integrations.

* Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, reporting, and analytics.

* Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and connecting AI agents to enterprise platforms.

* Experience with prompt engineering, AI testing, response evaluation, and optimization of AI workflows.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform automation.

* Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI platforms, vector search, RAG, or conversational AI frameworks.

* Experience with Python, BI tools, or enterprise data platforms.

* Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security considerations.

* Prior experience in AI-led digital transformation or enterprise automation initiatives.
