About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce AI Developer with deep expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce Order Management, Service cloud, Data Cloud, and API-driven integrations. This role will enhance and expand our existing AI-powered chatbotcurrently built on Salesforce Messaging and Agentforcewhich supports customers with technical troubleshooting grounded in Salesforce Knowledge. The next evolution of the chatbot includes enabling fully automated warranty order creation, trade‑in order creation, and expanding the bot to support Europe and Japan with localized workflows and multilingual capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending AI, automation, and Salesforce engineering to build scalable customer-facing digital solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and integrate API-based workflows using Apex, Flows, and external services.
- Create secure and scalable integrations between Agent force and Order Management.
- Work with Data Cloud for personalization and AI grounding.
- Ensure chatbot logic aligns with entitlement, warranty, and service rules.
- Global Expansion
- Enable multilingual chatbot experiences (Japan + Europe languages).
- Configure region-based product rules, workflows, disclaimers, and compliance.
- Support localization of knowledge articles, bot responses, and flows.
- Solution Architecture & Collaboration
- Evaluate current architecture and recommend enhancements for scale and performance.
- Partner with CRM, Service, Warranty, and Digital teams to define requirements.
- Support QA, UAT, and production rollout using DevOps best practices.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure data security best practices, including PII handling and regulatory compliance (GDPR, APPI).
- Build safe AI guardrails to minimize hallucination and ensure accurate LLM responses.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Flows, APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agent force (required).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Order Management (OMS) including:
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (identity resolution, data model mapping).
- Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with Named Credentials, External Services, and authentication patterns.
- AI & Conversation Design Skills
- Experience working with LLMs, conversational AI, or agent-based automation.
- Ability to design prompts, intents, and structured actions.
- Understanding of grounding strategies (knowledge, data sources, constraints).
