Immediate Opening for Salesforce Admin
Experience - 4 - 8 Years
- Should have Salesforce admin certification (Mandatory)
- Have managed a Salesforce Orgs with 50+ users.
- Should have knowledge on using managed/unmanaged packages to integrate other applications with Salesforce.
- Knowledge on security models comprising of metadata and data security, profiles, permissions sets, role hierarchy and sharing settings.
- Hands-on knowledge in using tools such as data loader, workbench and other ETL tools to effectively migrate the data to and from salesforce.
- Knowledge of custom reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of classic vs. lightning and what lightning offers on top of classic.
- Basic APEX knowledge to help with troubleshooting issues and analyzing the debug logs.
- Should be able to comprehend the company business and hierarchy in depth and how it aligns and transforms into Salesforce.
- Perform POCs for the unknowns and include peers in the process wherever needed.
- Participate in the interview process and hiring for new members.
- Deployment methodologies like change sets, CI/CD using GIT, SFDX cli etc.
- Own the end-to-end delivery for major Epics/modules within the system from scoping to
- Participate in sprint meetings and help with the planning, refinement, and estimation of stories.
- Understand dependency with other teams/external applications and raise the same with leads / Project manager.
- Fill in the knowledge gap and help with on-time delivery for other members whenever required.
- Actively participate in quarterly planning to provide high level estimation for upcoming requirements.
- Help to drive and collaborate technical discussions with the business for the stories assigned to you.
