About the Role

We are looking for a strong Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in configuring and managing Salesforce platforms, especially Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Salesforce administration, security, automation, reporting, and user management. Exposure to Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud is considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud applications.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards, and custom objects/fields.
• Handle data management activities including data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication.
• Support release activities and coordinate with development teams when required.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support.
• Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices are followed.

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and administration.
• Experience with Flows and declarative automation tools.
• Good understanding of security & sharing model.
• Experience in reports and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of data loader and data management activities.
• Ability to work independently with business users and stakeholders.
