Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce professional to lead and scale the Salesforce ecosystem at Pinnacle Infotech Solutions. This role goes beyond administration and requires complete ownership of the platform, driving CRM strategy, optimizing business processes, and enabling global Business Development and Sales teams.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring Salesforce becomes a strong growth enabler for North America and global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
- Define and implement Salesforce roadmap and architecture aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Lead customization and configuration activities including Flows, validation rules, objects, automation frameworks, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales Leadership, and Marketing teams to improve CRM adoption and effectiveness.
- Design and deliver advanced dashboards, analytics, and pipeline visibility for leadership decision-making.
- Ensure data governance, data quality, and security compliance across global operations.
- Manage and optimize integrations with external systems such as ERP and marketing platforms.
- Drive user adoption initiatives, training programs, and change management across regions.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and act as the final escalation point for platform-related challenges.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend system enhancements and process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a strong internal Salesforce capability.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is mandatory.
- Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification will be preferred.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, CRM processes, and pipeline management.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, automation, and system design.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Strong understanding of scalable CRM architecture and Salesforce best practices.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and global teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo.
- Experience optimizing Salesforce for revenue growth and Business Development operations.
