Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in declarative automation and a genuine interest in AI-assisted tooling. You will own day-to-day Salesforce administration across our internal org and client environments, while taking the lead on complex Flow-based automation design, process optimization, and scalable configuration.
This is a night shift role aligned to US business hours. Candidates must be genuinely comfortable with a consistent night shift schedule and ideally have prior experience working in this format.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules across Salesforce orgs
- Configure and maintain page layouts, record types, custom objects, and fields
- Handle sandbox management, deployment activities, and change sets
- Monitor data quality and perform data imports/exports using Data Loader or similar tools
- Troubleshoot system issues and support end users during US business hours
Automation & Flow Development
- Design and build complex Salesforce Flows — Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows, and Autolaunched Flows
- Migrate legacy Process Builder and Workflow Rule logic into modern, maintainable Flow-based solutions
- Implement advanced Flow patterns including subflows, fault paths, loop optimization, and bulkification best practices
- Orchestrate multi-step business processes across objects — including approvals, notifications, field updates, and record creation
- Build and maintain approval processes with dynamic routing, escalation rules, and delegation logic
- Leverage formula fields, rollup summary fields, and validation rules to enforce data integrity and business logic
- Document automation logic clearly with flow diagrams and configuration notes for audit and handoff
AI Tooling & Einstein Features
- Work with Einstein for Flow and Prompt Builder to embed AI-generated content and recommendations into automated processes
- Collaborate with the AI engineering team on integrating AI capabilities into client Salesforce environments
- Assist in testing and validating AI-assisted automations, including prompt tuning and output quality review
- Stay current with Salesforce AI feature releases and evaluate how Einstein capabilities can enhance existing automations
Client & Delivery Support
- Participate in client calls, requirement gathering sessions, and delivery reviews during US hours
- Prepare documentation including admin guides, flow diagrams, and release summaries
- Support the delivery lead in managing change requests and sprint-based delivery cycles
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) — mandatory
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in Salesforce Flow — including complex multi-step flows, error handling, and governor limit awareness
- Proven experience migrating Process Builder and Workflow Rules to Flow
- Solid command of approval processes, validation rules, formula fields, and rollup summaries
- Comfortable working a consistent night shift (approx. 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple client environments simultaneously with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Familiarity with Einstein for Flow, Prompt Builder, or other Einstein AI features
- Experience with MuleSoft, External Services, or REST API-based integrations from Salesforce
- Exposure to document automation tools such as Conga, DocuSign, SmartComm, or similar
- Prior experience in a Salesforce consultancy or implementation partner environment
- Experience supporting US-based clients in a night shift model
