Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Salesforce Administrator & Developer Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing, customizing, and developing Salesforce applications. You will work closely with senior administrators and developers to support business processes, enhance CRM functionality, and deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in user management: creating, maintaining, and deactivating user accounts, roles, and profiles.
- Support data management: importing, cleaning, and maintaining data integrity across Salesforce.
- Customize Salesforce using workflow rules, validation rules, page layouts, and reports.
- Collaborate with developers to build and test Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
- Participate in integration projects with third-party applications.
- Document processes, configurations, and provide end-user support and training.
- Contribute to system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its core modules.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior exposure to CRM systems or cloud platforms is a plus.
