Relevant Experience: 5 years Salesforce CPQ Admin with Configuration (hands-on development using APEX and Triggers)

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune

We are seeking a Salesforce professional with strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, CPQ configuration, and hands-on development using APEX and Triggers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce environments, configuring CPQ solutions to support complex pricing models, and developing custom functionality to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration

  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and validation rules.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
  • Oversee system upgrades, releases, and integrations.

Salesforce CPQ Configuration

  • Configure product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows.
  • Implement and optimize quote-to-cash processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to align CPQ functionality with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues.

Development (APEX & Triggers)

  • Design and implement custom APEX classes, triggers, and test methods.
  • Develop Lightning components and Visualforce pages as needed.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration (products, pricing, quoting).
  • Strong hands-on experience with APEX programming and Triggers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration.
  • Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist certifications preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
