The Role

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimise and evolve our Salesforce CRM and wider revenue operations systems. This is a newly established role at IES and will play a critical part in supporting our global sales organisation.

Sitting within the Revenue Operations team, you'll take ownership of Salesforce and administration of related systems that are currently supported across the UK and US, helping to ensure our tools, data and processes scale effectively as the business grows.

What You'll Do

  • Own the administration, configuration and ongoing optimisation of Salesforce to support end-to-end sales and revenue processes.
  • Manage users, permissions, onboarding and day-to-day support for Salesforce and related RevOps systems.
  • Manage and develop our Salesforce Sales Cloud, including workflows, permission sets, automations and data governance.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales performance, forecasting and decision-making.
  • Support and manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g. Jira and other internal tools).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries, issues and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations and global stakeholders across the UK, APAC, EMEA and US.

Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II (Salesforce Advanced Administrator).
  • Proven experience administering Salesforce in a commercial or sales-led environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience working with system integrations and maintaining data integrity across platforms.
  • Strong reporting and dashboarding capability
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with globally distributed stakeholders.

Nice To Have

  • Experience supporting or working within a Revenue Operations function.
  • Exposure to sales enablement or RevOps tools such as Salesloft, Weflow or similar.
  • Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience working in a SaaS business

Working Pattern & Location

  • This role is fully remote.
  • Location is flexible
  • The successful candidate must be able to work primarily UK / EMEA hours, with some flexibility to overlap with either APAC or US colleagues where needed.
