Salesforce Admin – Net Zero Cloud

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Salesforce Net Zero Cloud to meet the organization's sustainability goals.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track environmental metrics and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions within Salesforce.
• Provide user support and training for Salesforce Net Zero Cloud users, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to ensure data integrity and compliance with environmental standards.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and enhancements, particularly related to sustainability features.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud features and functionality.
• Experience with data management and reporting within Salesforce.
• Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security and user management best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
