Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Salesforce platform ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies
Develop and implement effective Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize project requirements
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce applications and features
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration
Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization
Support deployment, testing, and release activities in Agile environments
Maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, configurations, and solutions
