We are hiring a Salesforce Admin/Developer to join the team working from our Bangalore Office.This role sits within the Avnet Salesforce Centre of Excellence and reports into the Salesforce Programme Manager, supporting the ongoing development of Avnet's global Salesforce landscape. The position will primarily support Salesforce users across the Americas, ensuring effective system maintenance, strong user adoption and experience, and the delivery of efficient CRM processes and tools.
Knowledge of electronics is not needed, however we will support you to gain a broad understanding of the business and what we do so that in return and with your knowledge of Salesforce you can work across all business units to support the effective development of Salesforce capabilities globally and support global systems which includes maintenance of the system, user adoption and development of efficient CRM processes and tools.
Our team is diverse and has a wide knowledge of Salesforce and other systems which we can share, however our ideal candidate also needs to be results driven, a good influencer and have strong planning and organisational skills to support working with multiple projects and reliably hitting deadlines.
We are looking for a creative individual, able to translate ideas into clear briefs, someone who is commercially aware and able to communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.

What will you be doing
Review, shape and deliver CRM system enhancements and change requests in collaboration with the Global Salesforce CoE. Including 1st line CRM system support.
Create and document business requirements by working together with users of all levels including stakeholders in the development of program enhancements and changes including staff, outside consultants and suppliers as needed.
Responsible for the roll-out of Salesforce systems to new functions including needs, processes and reports identification along with stakeholder management, training development and delivery of training.
Supporting the testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual testing. Assess impacts and support governance approval of change requests through the global governance process.
Daily administration and support of Salesforce including managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields and record types / page layouts
Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management.
Influence and optimise commercial processes and ways of working within Salesforce, recommending best practice solutions to drive efficiency
Responsible for driving end user engagement and adoption through training and outbound communications
What are the key skills required:
Essential
Minimum 3 years experience working with Salesforce.com
Proven ability to deliver results in a complex multi-channel sales & marketing environment.
Strong creative outlook and ability to translate creative ideas into clear briefs.
Good commercial awareness and Return on Investment /analytical approach.
Strong planning and organizational skills, able to cope with multiple projects and reliably hit deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salesforce.com certified
CDP / Data Cloud Experience
Tableau CRM experience
Previous experience of working with Databases
