Role Overview
Senior Salesforce + Agentforce + MuleSoft
Engineer to design, build, and integrate enterprise-grade AI-driven CRM
solutions. Candidate will be responsible for deploying autonomous Agentforce
agents, architecting API-led connectivity using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform,
and developing scalable Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, and Data
Cloud. Candidate will sit at the intersection of AI automation, CRM
customization, and enterprise integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy autonomous Agentforce agents using Agent Builder, Topics, and
Actions
Build and manage MuleSoft Anypoint APIs and integrations connecting
Salesforce to third-party systems
Develop Salesforce customizations: Apex, LWC,
Flows, and SOQL/SOSL
Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft to expose
external APIs as agent actions
Configure Einstein Trust Layer guardrails, prompt templates, and
grounding via Data Cloud
Implement RAG-based retrieval using Salesforce
Knowledge and Data Cloud
Design DataWeave transformations and API-led
connectivity models (experience, process, system layers)
Monitor agent performance, tune prompts, and
reduce hallucination risks
Lead code reviews, define integration
standards, and mentor junior developers
Collaborate with business stakeholders to
translate requirements into Agentforce workflows
Required Qualifications
5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL)
3+ years with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (AnyPoint Studio, CloudHub, API
Manager)
Experience building or configuring Agentforce agents with Topics, Actions, and Prompt
Builder
Hands-on with DataWeave for complex data transformations
Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and RAG/grounding patterns
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, and
enterprise security models
Familiarity with Einstein Trust Layer and AI governance
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or
Experience Cloud experience
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and
CI/CD practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills
Nice to have
Experience with Agentforce Testing Center and utterance testing via CSV
Knowledge of Atlas Reasoning Engine behavior
and prompt optimization
MuleSoft RPA or IDP automation experience
Exposure to Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors)
Familiarity with Copado or other Salesforce
DevOps tools
Experience with Heroku or external LLM integrations via API
Background in Einstein GPT, Einstein Copilot,
or Prompt Template design
