- Branch Development Lead the expansion of Induspect s branch network across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- New Market Analysis Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Develop strategies to enter and succeed in new markets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated history of working in the human resource industry with a deep understanding of HR consulting, recruitment, manpower supply, and human resource outsourcing.
- Proven experience in deferred compensation, executive search, job fairs, and talent management.
- Strong background in business development, sales, and client relations.
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage profit and loss statements and drive profitability.
- Experience in branch development and new market analysis.
- A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the HR industry, with a focus on the APAC region.
Experience in managing large teams and multiple business units.
