Role Description

This full-time remote role, located in India (preferably Mumbai), entails working as part of the Sales US Commercial team at IT Devices. The Sales Specialist will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their technology needs, and providing customized solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, delivering product training, and collaborating with sales management to achieve targets and drive business growth. The role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to succeed.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for engaging with clients and understanding their needs
  • Experience in Sales, including prospecting, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in Training clients and stakeholders on product and solution usage
  • Ability to assist with Sales Management tasks and contribute to achieving team objectives
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the technology industry, including hardware, software, and enterprise cloud solutions, is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or a related field preferred
