Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for unsecured business products (business loans, personal loans).
- Drive business growth through effective planning and execution of sales initiatives.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new clients while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
Market Analysis & Business Insights:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and risks.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance sales effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development and marketing teams to design and execute impactful sales campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Track targets and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
Team Development & Support:
