Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for unsecured business products (business loans, personal loans).
  • Drive business growth through effective planning and execution of sales initiatives.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and acquire new clients while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.

Market Analysis & Business Insights:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and risks.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance sales effectiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product development and marketing teams to design and execute impactful sales campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Track targets and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.

Team Development & Support:

  • Train, mentor, and support the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture within the team.
