Role Description

As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. You will design and deliver training sessions, evaluate their effectiveness, provide coaching, and collaborate closely with leadership to align training initiatives with company objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysore.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Training and an understanding of effective sales techniques
• Experience in Training & Development, including designing and delivering structured programs
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey information and connect with diverse teams
• Proficiency in Coaching to motivate and guide team members toward achieving their goals
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
• Prior experience in a sales-driven environment is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
