Role Description :

Bebymil is seeking a results-driven Sales Training Executive to join the team.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Training Executive.

You will be responsible for delivering effective sales training programs , implementing programs to meet our employees learning needs. You will play a pivotal role in building a culture of continuous learning and improvement at our organization .

The ideal candidate is a strategic team-player passionate about imparting effective training programs. He / She should be experienced in training management ( assessing training needs, creating comprehensive training materials, conducting workshops, and mentoring sales team members in field to ensure their success ), talent development and organizational learning.

Additionally, the role involves collaborating with sales leaders to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.

This role also requires basic understanding of management of the training budget, resources and logistics to ensure efficient and effective delivery of training programs.

Qualification & Skill requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Science , Pharmacy , Nutrition , Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 yr.s exp. as 1st line manager role with Pharma / Nutrition industry or Minimum 2 yr.s exp. as in sales training role/ marketing role [ familiarity with the nutrition industry is a plus point ] with a demonstrable track record of designing and implementing training programs .
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Project management skills for managing training initiatives and timelines.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and motivate others.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging sales training programs & ability to develop training materials tailored for different learning styles with strong presentation, communication [English & Hindi] , and interpersonal skills .
• Experience with performance evaluation and feedback methodologies .
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop training plans in the company.
• Knowledge of current trends in training and development.
