Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative-first content person to build high-quality learning and training content for our internal workforce —Specifically Sales. Section 1 — Video & Multimedia Content Creation (75%)
- Produce training videos, onboarding videos and product/field-sales reels end-to-end: screen/video recording, editing, voiceover and motion graphics.
- Create animated explainers and visual walkthroughs that make dry processes easy to follow.
- Build microlearning modules, knowledge nuggets and interactive assessments (incl. gamified formats).
- Design polished decks, playbooks and visual job aids for facilitators and learners.
- Develop eLearning modules and publish/maintain content on the LMS and knowledge platforms.

- Take a raw SOP or a manager's brief and turn it into a clear storyboard with minimal hand-holding.
- Know the difference between a facilitator guide and a learner workbook — and produce the right one for the need.
- Apply basic instructional logic (sequence, clarity, learning objectives) so content lands — without heavy frameworks.
