Job Description

Sr Executive /AM/DM– Content Creation (L&D / Internal Capability Building)

Location Preferably: Delhi/ Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative-first content person to build high-quality learning and training content for our internal workforce —Specifically Sales. The majority of the time in this role is spent actually making content: editing videos, building animated explainers, designing decks, and assembling eLearning modules.

How the Role Splits

Weight - 75%

Focus Area - Video & Multimedia Content Creation

Nature of Work -Hands-on production (primary)

Weight - 25%

Focus Area - Instructional Input

Nature of Work -Structuring content logically (secondary)

Section 1 — Video & Multimedia Content Creation (75%)

  • Produce training videos, onboarding videos and product/field-sales reels end-to-end: screen/video recording, editing, voiceover and motion graphics.
  • Create animated explainers and visual walkthroughs that make dry processes easy to follow.
  • Build microlearning modules, knowledge nuggets and interactive assessments (incl. gamified formats).
  • Design polished decks, playbooks and visual job aids for facilitators and learners.
  • Develop eLearning modules and publish/maintain content on the LMS and knowledge platforms.

Section 2 — Instructional Input (25%)

You don't need to design evaluation frameworks. You need to understand why content is being made and structure it so it flows.

  • Take a raw SOP or a manager's brief and turn it into a clear storyboard with minimal hand-holding.
  • Know the difference between a facilitator guide and a learner workbook — and produce the right one for the need.
  • Apply basic instructional logic (sequence, clarity, learning objectives) so content lands — without heavy frameworks.

Tools

Must-Have (daily-use production tools)

  • Camtasia (video capture & editing)
  • Vyond (animation)
  • Canva (design)

What We're Looking For

The strongest candidates have spent most of their career actually making content, not designing learning frameworks. Likely backgrounds include:

  • EdTech content teams
  • Corporate video production
  • Digital marketing / digital content creators
  • YouTube / social learning creators who moved into corporate L&D
  • Anyone who has built onboarding videos, product-training reels or field-sales playbooks in a fast-moving org — a strong signal.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any field.
  • 4–6 years experience, with the majority in hands-on content / video production (EdTech, corporate video, digital content, or internal L&D production).
  • Experience making content for Sales / Operations / Academic teams is a strong plus.
  • A portfolio is required at the time of application.
