Sr Executive /AM/DM– Content Creation (L&D / Internal Capability Building)
Location Preferably: Delhi/ Bangalore
Role Purpose
The designated person will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing high-quality learning and training content for internal employees (Sales, Operations, Academic Support, and Corporate Functions).
The role focuses on enabling workforce capability through structured instructional design, digital learning solutions, and performance-driven content aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1.Content Strategy & Instructional Design-
· Design and implement a content roadmap aligned with organizational training needs (TNA/TNI).
· Develop structured learning journeys using models like ADDIE & Kirkpatrick.
· Collaborate with business leaders to convert operational requirements into learning modules.
2.Training Content Development -Create end-to-end training content:
3.Digital Learning & Content Innovation-Develop multimedia learning assets using tools like:
· Micro-learning modules
· Knowledge nuggets
· Interactive assessments (Gamification)
4.Knowledge Management
· Manage and update internal LMS / Knowledge platforms
· Ensure easy accessibility of learning content across PAN India teams
· Drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
4-6 years of experience in:
*Preferred Certifications (Good to Have)
