Role Description The Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and refine sales training programs to enhance the performance and effectiveness of sales teams. This full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore involves conducting classroom and on-the-floor training sessions, role-plays, and coaching to strengthen product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills. The Sales Trainer will assess skill gaps, develop training materials and sales playbooks, and collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with business targets and market realities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales Trainings and Training & Development, including designing and facilitating structured sales learning program.
• Solid understanding of Customer Service principles and their integration into consultative and relationship-based selling.
• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or in a similar sales enablement role, preferably in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with sales processes, CRM usage, and performance metrics; ability to translate data into training needs and action plans.
• Strong planning, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and batches.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; relevant training or sales certifications are an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Coimbatore and collaborating closely with sales leaders.

Experience: 6 month to 2 years of experience
