The Sales Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the capabilities of our sales team by designing and delivering effective training programs, identifying skill gaps, and driving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop structured training curricula
  • Provide coaching through workshops, one-on-one sessions, and field training
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics
  • Collaborate with sales managers and leadership to align training with business goals
  • Maintain and update training materials in line with industry trends
  • Track training outcomes and continuously improve learning initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales / training or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in training tools and digital learning platforms
