Job Overview
TDF The Diamond Factory is looking for an experienced
Sales Trainer to train, mentor, and upskill sales teams across its jewellery stores. The role focuses on building strong product knowledge, sales excellence, process adherence, and a consistent premium customer experience aligned with TDF's brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver sales training modules for jewellery retail staff
- Conduct induction and refresher training for sales teams
- Train teams on:
- Gold, diamond, and bridal jewellery product knowledge
- Customer handling, objection management, and closing techniques
- Upselling, cross-selling, and conversion improvement
- Ensure consistent communication of TDF's brand story and value proposition
- Conduct on-floor coaching, role plays, and performance assessments
- Coordinate with Store Heads and Retail Operations to identify training needs
- Maintain training records, schedules, and performance reports
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of jewellery retail sales
- Proven experience in training module creation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Hands-on approach to on-floor training and coaching
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management
- Experience with a premium or organized jewellery retail brand
