Role: Senior Manager (SM)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales training and behavioral training initiatives across the bank.
- Design and deliver training programs for frontline sales teams, branch staff, and leaders.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create capability-building interventions.
- Lead behavioral training on communication, customer service, leadership, and team effectiveness.
- Monitor training effectiveness through productivity, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Manage onboarding, certification, LMS learning, and training MIS.
- Partner with business and HR teams to improve employee capability and performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM in HR — Mandatory
- 7–12 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Strong exposure to sales training and behavioral training in Banking
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
