This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Mumbai. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of our sales team. The role includes preparing and conducting engaging presentations, providing coaching to sales professionals, and ensuring the implementation of effective sales techniques. The Sales Trainer will collaborate closely with the sales and management teams to assess training needs and design impactful learning initiatives.

• Proficiency in Sales Trainings and Training & Development processes
• Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service expertise to enhance client interactions
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or in sales training projects
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust training strategies accordingly
• Educational background in Business, Communication, or related fields is a plus
• Ability to maintain an energetic and positive approach in a fast-paced environment
