Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs for frontline sales teams across 2W EV segments.
• Create training content including product modules, sales pitch decks, role plays, assessments, videos, and digital learning materials.
• Translate complex technical and product features into easy-to-understand, customer-friendly selling points.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-ground training sessions aligned with regional market needs.
• Drive new product launch training, refreshers, and certification programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Customise training delivery in regional languages to ensure better comprehension and adoption at the dealer level.
