Role Objective
Functional /Business Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and report on them.
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Good in MS office tools namely Power point, Excel, Word, Content and Script Development
- Identify and assess future and current training needs of the Employees, End-to-end process, skill knowledge.
- Draw an overall training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the Sales force.
- Conduct effective induction, orientation and training sessions. New Hire Training, Certification and OJT.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and report on them.
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

Required Qualification
- Experience Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience of minimum 2 years in BPO Sales training is preferred
