Job Description

Role Objective

Functional /Business Responsibilities:

  • High on energy, innovative thinking, passionate and can-do attitude.
  • Firm believer of fostering relationships at all levels to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and report on them.
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
  • Good in MS office tools namely Power point, Excel, Word, Content and Script Development
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs of the Employees, End-to-end process, skill knowledge.
  • Draw an overall training and development plan that addresses the needs and expectations of the Sales force.
  • Conduct effective induction, orientation and training sessions. New Hire Training, Certification and OJT.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and report on them.
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

Required Qualification

  • Experience Full Time Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Experience of minimum 2 years in BPO Sales training is preferred
