WHAT YOU WILL DO

–   Conduct daily and weekly sales training sessions across calling and field teams

–   Use storytelling, roleplay, and gamification as primary training tools

–   Diagnose conversion gaps and design targeted skill interventions

–   Work closely with sales managers to translate performance data into training priorities

–   Build a culture of continuous improvement on the floor

IDEAL BACKGROUND

–   Sales trainer experience from BFSI, telecom, or BPO sectors

–   OR: a top-performing salesperson who has transitioned into a training role

–   Track record of measurable improvement in team conversion rates

AUTOMATIC RED FLAGS

✕ Death-by-PowerPoint trainers with no floor energy

✕ Theory-heavy — cannot demonstrate the skill they are teaching
