Keep training content updated in line with new product launches, pricing changes, or curriculum updates.

Partner with Sales Managers and Quality/Ops teams to design targeted interventions (refresher training, coaching plans) based on performance data (conversion rate, talk time, show rate, etc.)

Content Development

Create training decks, scripts, battle cards, FAQ documents, and e-learning modules tailored to the K12 Segment

Continuously update training material based on market feedback, competitor moves, and evolving parent objections.

Certification & Assessment

Design assessments/certifications to evaluate trainee readiness before floor deployment.

Track and report training effectiveness through defined metrics (post-training conversion uplift, quality scores, etc.)

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Sales Leadership, HR/TA, and Quality teams to align training calendars with hiring pipelines and business goals.

Provide regular feedback loops to Product/Marketing on parent objections and market insights gathered during training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

2–5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in ed-tech, K12 education, EdT ech B2C, or inside sales-driven industries (ed-tech, BFSI, EdTech startups, etc.)

Prior experience as a top-performing sales representative or team lead is a strong plus.

Strong understanding of consultative/solution selling techniques, especially for parent-facing/education sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills — comfortable training both individuals and large groups (in-person and virtual).
