Job Title: Sales Trainer EdTech
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and optimize training programs for our academic counselling / inside sales team. The role focuses on improving conversion rates, objection handling, communication skills, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
-Design and conduct onboarding training for new sales hires
-Deliver ongoing training on product knowledge, sales pitch, and objection handling
-Conduct mock calls, role-plays, and live call audits
-Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans
-Monitor conversion rates and training impact on revenue
-Develop scripts, pitch decks, and training SOPs
-Collaborate with Sales Managers to improve team productivity
Requirements
-25 years of experience in Sales Training (preferably EdTech / Inside Sales)
-Strong understanding of consultative selling
-Excellent communication and coaching skills
-Experience handling call audits and performance tracking
-Ability to work with freshers and experienced sales professionals

-Improvement in conversion rate
-Reduction in ramp-up time for new hires
-Increase in revenue per counsellor
-Improved call quality scores
