Role : Sales Trainer Channel Sales

Job Type: Full Time (Work From Office)

Location: Delhi/NCR

Role Overview

Hero Vired is looking for a Sales Trainer Channel Sales to drive capability building, activation, and productivity of our channel partners for online degree programs. This role will be responsible for onboarding new partners, training existing partners on product, process, and sales effectiveness, and working closely with internal teams and university partners to ensure smooth execution and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EdTech channel sales training, a solid understanding of online degree admissions, and the ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable training for partners.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver structured training programs for channel partners covering:
  • Online degree programs (UG/PG)
  • Admission processes, eligibility, and counseling approach
  • Fees, payment structures, loan options, scholarships, and schemes
  • Conduct virtual and on-ground training sessions, refresher trainings, and certification programs for partners.
  • Ensure partners are fully enabled on Hero Vired value proposition, differentiators, and university partnerships.

Partner Activation & Productivity

  • Drive activation of newly onboarded channel partners and reduce ramp-up time.
  • Identify inactive or low-performing partners and execute targeted re-training or reactivation plans.
  • Monitor partner productivity metrics and continuously work to improve conversion ratios and enrollments.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate daily with the Channel Sales team to align on targets, execution priorities, and partner performance.
  • Maintain real-time coordination with University SPOCs for:
  • Program updates
  • Fee changes
  • Loan & EMI schemes
  • Specializations, intakes, and admission timelines
  • Act as a bridge between channel partners, sales teams, and university stakeholders.

MIS, Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain and track training MIS, partner activation status, and performance dashboards.
  • Share regular reports on:
  • Training completion
  • Partner engagement
  • Productivity trends
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership to support revenue growth and partner strategy.

Key Skills & Competencies

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in EdTech / Channel Sales / Partner Training roles.
  • Strong understanding of online degree admissions (UG/PG MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data handling skills with experience in MIS reporting, Excel, and dashboards.
  • Ability to influence and motivate external partners.

Educational Qualification Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
