Job Description

Job Title: Sales Trainer US Sales

Experience : 2-5 Years

Location: Indore (WFO)

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer US Sales with strong expertise
  • in US cold calling, sales processes, and team handling. The Sales Trainer will be responsible
  • for training, mentoring, and upskilling sales professionals to achieve defined performance
  • targets and ensure consistent sales quality aligned with US market standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver sales training programs focused on US cold calling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Train and mentor new hires and existing sales team members to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct role plays, mock calls, call audits, and feedback sessions to improve sales
  • performance.
  • Develop and update training materials, scripts, pitch decks, and sales playbooks.
  • Monitor post-training performance and ensure training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Handle batch-wise training and manage multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and improve conversion ratios.
  • Track training metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to US sales compliance, call quality standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in US sales/marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in US cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Proven experience in team handling and performance coaching.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, funnels, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to work in a rotational time zone.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and call monitoring systems (preferred).
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
