Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer US Sales with strong expertise
- in US cold calling, sales processes, and team handling. The Sales Trainer will be responsible
- for training, mentoring, and upskilling sales professionals to achieve defined performance
- targets and ensure consistent sales quality aligned with US market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver sales training programs focused on US cold calling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Train and mentor new hires and existing sales team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, call audits, and feedback sessions to improve sales
- performance.
- Develop and update training materials, scripts, pitch decks, and sales playbooks.
- Monitor post-training performance and ensure training effectiveness and ROI.
- Handle batch-wise training and manage multiple teams simultaneously.
- Coordinate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and improve conversion ratios.
- Track training metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with leadership.
- Ensure adherence to US sales compliance, call quality standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in US sales/marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in US cold calling and outbound sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and performance coaching.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, funnels, and conversion metrics.
- Ability to work in a rotational time zone.
- Proficient in CRM tools and call monitoring systems (preferred).
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
