Job Description

Logikality is looking for sharp, ambitious, and highly disciplined Sales Trainees who want to build a career in global B2B technology sales.

This role is for people who are serious about learning sales the right way. You will work closely with our leadership team and learn how to identify prospects, research companies, write personalized outreach, engage CXOs, and support early-stage conversations with US-based clients.

At Logikality, we work in the AI and digital transformation space, with a strong focus on the US market. This is a high-learning role with direct exposure to real business development, not a routine calling job.

What you will do

You will be trained to:

• Research US-based companies and decision-makers

• Identify relevant prospects across industries

• Support cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach campaigns

• Write short, thoughtful, and business-relevant messages

• Maintain prospect data and follow-up trackers

• Coordinate meetings and sales conversations

• Learn how AI, automation, and digital solutions are sold to global clients

• Work during US-aligned hours when required

 

Who we are looking for

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals

• Excellent in written and spoken English

• Comfortable in cold calling,  doing research, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools

• Curious, disciplined, and willing to learn

• Interested in sales, business development, technology, and global markets

• Comfortable working in US time-zone aligned shifts

• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore

MBA graduates will be preferred, but attitude, communication, discipline, and learning ability matter more than the degree.
