About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven IT Sales Trainees to join our North America Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to build a career in IT sales. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable technology solutions, and contributing to business growth through sales, upselling, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers over calls to understand their business and technology requirements.

• Promote and sell IT products, software, hardware, and technology services.

• Upsell and cross-sell solutions from leading global technology brands.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with call quality guidelines and company processes.

• Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
