Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Tour Executive with 24 years of hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry. This role combines sales and tour management, ensuring our clients have seamless travel experiences while meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and skilled at coordinating tours and handling client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client details and maintain accurate travel records.
  • Plan, organize, and sell domestic and international travel packages.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors to ensure smooth tour execution.
  • Communicate clearly with clients to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and all necessary travel documents.
  • Resolve issues or changes during trips promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and future travel opportunities.
  • Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure efficient execution of tours.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for travel packages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 24 years of experience in tour operations, travel management, or travel sales.
  • Strong knowledge of destinations, travel planning, and booking procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic travel management tools.
  • Organized, reliable, and customer-focused.
  • Expertise in guided tours and travel & tourism to create exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficiency in customer service and reservations for seamless bookings.
  • Proven track record in sales, meeting or exceeding targets in a tourism-related context.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of local and international travel regulations, destinations, and cultural nuances is a plus.
