Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Chennai. This on-site role entails driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market share within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer support, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in technology or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships effectively.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs for crafting successful sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to track and optimize sales processes.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or industrial solutions is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory, as needed.
