Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for a Sales Telecaller. The Sales Telecaller will manage inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, provide details on Quanta's range of automotive protection and detailing products, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls made and sales accomplished, addressing customer concerns, and assisting with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Collaboration with the sales team and providing feedback to improve customer engagement will be integral to this role.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch products and close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships and handling inquiries
  • Basic understanding of automotive products such as Paint Protection Films and coatings or experience in a similar industry, preferred
  • Time management and organizational abilities to handle a high volume of calls efficiently
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or similar platforms for maintaining call and sales records is a plus
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and additional regional languages is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with sales or customer service experience being preferred
