Compensation: 20,000–30,000 per month fixed, based on experience, plus 300–500 for every demo held—uncapped.

About the role :

FreJun is hiring a Sales Telecaller to contact leads, understand their needs, and book qualified demos for the sales team. The focus is on qualified demos—not just call volume. A demo counts when the lead has a genuine need, the right decision-maker will attend, and the calendar invite is accepted.

What you'll do :

• Call assigned leads and introduce FreJun.
• Qualify leads by confirming their decision-making role, calling needs, and timeline.
• Capture company size, current calling setup, and use case in the CRM.
• Book demos with qualified leads and send calendar invites during the call.
• Confirm demos in advance and follow up to rebook no-shows.
• Follow up with leads until they book or clearly decline.
• Log calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM on the same day.

What we're looking for :

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or outbound calling.
• Confidence making frequent calls and handling objections.
• Clear, confident spoken communication.
• Strong follow-up habits and accurate record-keeping.
• CRM experience—HubSpot in particular—and SaaS sales experience are a plus.

How success is measured :

• Qualified demos booked against the daily quota; the invite must be accepted.
• Demo show rate, tracked weekly, with no-shows followed up and rebooked.
• 4–5 hours of talk time per day.
• Consistent, timely follow-ups logged in the CRM.

Work schedule: This role follows a six-day work week, Monday through Saturday. FreJun has an unlimited holiday policy, with time off coordinated responsibly with business needs and your manager.
