Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Presales Lead to drive technical solutioning, customer engagement and sales support for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in virtualization, cybersecurity, endpoint management, networking and enterprise infrastructure along with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

The Presales Lead will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to understand customer requirements, design scalable solutions and support revenue growth through effective technical consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with enterprise customers to understand business, technical and security requirements.
  2. Work closely with sales teams during customer meetings, discovery sessions and technical discussions.
  3. Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops and proof of concepts (POCs).
  4. Design and propose secure digital workspace and remote access solutions aligned with customer environments.
  5. Prepare solution architecture documents, technical proposals, BOMs and RFP/RFI responses.
  6. Lead technical discussions with CXOs, IT Heads, Security teams and infrastructure stakeholders.
  7. Coordinate with internal product and support teams to address customer requirements and technical escalations.
  8. Support channel partners and system integrators on solution positioning and technical enablement.
  9. Drive successful execution of POCs and ensure smooth transition to implementation teams.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, cybersecurity practices and competitor offerings.
  11. Mentor and guide junior presales engineers and support team capability development.

Experience & Qualification

  1. 10+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture or Technical Sales roles.
  2. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  3. Relevant certifications in VMware, Microsoft, Networking or Cybersecurity would be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Self-driven and consultative professional with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity environment.

• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers.

• Comfortable with customer travel and onsite engagements when required.
