Job Description
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Conduct **daily huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews**.
* Take ownership of the complete sales pipeline.
* Ensure proper **lead tracking and CRM discipline**.
* Monitor conversion rates and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
* Prepare **weekly/monthly Sales MIS** for management.
* Track inventory status and collection updates.
* Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding **lead quality and campaign feedback**.
* Handle escalations related to high-value bookings and clients.
* Conduct regular **site visits** and coordinate with channel partners.
* Motivate the team and maintain a strong on-ground sales presence.
