Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Manager located in Kochi. The Sales Team Manager will oversee daily operations of the sales team, strategize to meet sales targets, and develop and implement training programs for team members. This role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring high-quality customer service, and fostering a results-driven environment to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/BDAs to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities including calls, follow-ups, and closures.
- Drive individual and team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales reports, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics.
- Support the team in handling escalations and complex customer queries.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, CRM updates, and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
